Don’t Let the Economy Cause Stress!

The economy today is enough to make anyone become stressful and there are symptoms to look for that are being created from stress.  The first few symptoms may be mild, like chronic headaches, and being more susceptible to colds.  The more that stress lingers, the more chance there is for serious health problems may develop.  Some of these conditions may be: hair loss, diabetes, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, obesity, anxiety, ulcers, tooth and gum disease, sexual dysfunction and sleeping problems.

The best way to fight back would be to learn all you can about creating a budget and finding strategies to save money . Don’t let stress cloud your thinking.  What should be concentrated on is positive thoughts and to be thankful for what we do have.  Start you day off with a prayer to God and let him handle your worries.  What may seem like an impossible situation just may change for the better and there is no good reason to expect the worst and have your thoughts dwell on this. All that this does is make you self- destruct and this way of living is not right nor is it healthy.

Life is not meant for worrying and being stressed out.  We are to be productive and positive. Worry doesn’t help anything, and you’d be surprised at how much better you’ll feel after just putting your attention to God and what he has planned for your life.  You just need to trust him that he is working on your situation for the good.

My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. 4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.  James 1:2-8

How to get Relief from Herniated Disc Back Pain!

You may have incredibly bad pain with herniated disc and you are suffering with sciatica, and your doctor has suggested surgery. You may need to step back and take a little time. Symptoms of herniated disc depend on which part of the spin is affected. Herniated disc back pain related to a herniated cervical disc can cause pain in the neck and shooting pain to go down the arms, while a herniated lumbar disc will typically cause some pretty severe lower back pain. The pain is similar in each of the cases, but the area in which the pain is generated from is what will vary.

Because a herniated disc is displaced, it needs to get back into its original position in order for the pain to completely subside. The associated swelling, along with the pressure that is put on the nerves of the spinal column is what really needs the immediate attention. Doctors generally will not be quick to prescribe surgery in order to heal a herniated disc, which is good news because the recovery time from surgery can be quite long.

There are, of course, other methods of helping to heal a herniated disc that will have more immediate results. Sometimes warm and cold compresses, along with some physical therapy and plenty of rest will help heal the problem. Finding the one that will work for you is dependent upon the severity of injury as well as your own degree of good health.

By using certain methods, in conjunction with what your doctor prescribes, you can usually experience relief from your back pain fairly quickly. For that reason there is a proven herniated disc treatment that will work regardless of where the pain is originating.

A Heart Transplant? Not so Fast!

You have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure or cardiomyopathy, and the doctor is suggesting a heart transplant possibly in the near future. Your first reaction might be disbelief and the second one should be how can I keep this from taking place? What steps can be done to avoid a heart transplant?

This could be a very stressful situation and may be rather frightening! But let’s step back into the past and figure out how the heart could have gotten so weak? It wasn’t lack of prescription drugs that are now prescribed to you. These prescribed drugs are needed to help your heart function properly right now, but they are not known to improve the condition of your heart.

Most people believe that prescription drugs should be taken to help most all health conditions to improve. Prescribed drugs are not the complete answer for the patient’s health or healing. The heart needs special nutrition to improve its functions and stay healthy. If your heart continues to lack the nutrition it needs, it will likely never improve. An interesting quote from the edition of the New England Journal of Medicine dated January 2001, mentions that only nutritional programs can reverse heart disease and heart damage.

It is your decision on how you choose to get back on the road to recovery. Taking prescription drugs won’t help the healing heart, but they will help its functions while your heart utilizes the healing nutrition it needs. With recommended vitamins and nutrients you may not ever have to worry about getting a heart transplant. Having a professional nutritional protocol designed just for your personal type and stage of congestive heart failure or cardiomyopathy would be an excellent start.
