The economy today is enough to make anyone become stressful and there are symptoms to look for that are being created from stress. The first few symptoms may be mild, like chronic headaches, and being more susceptible to colds. The more that stress lingers, the more chance there is for serious health problems may develop. Some of these conditions may be: hair loss, diabetes, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, obesity, anxiety, ulcers, tooth and gum disease, sexual dysfunction and sleeping problems.
The best way to fight back would be to learn all you can about creating a budget and finding strategies to save money. Don’t let stress cloud your thinking. What should be concentrated on is positive thoughts and to be thankful for what we do have. Start you day off with a “praise†prayer to God and let him handle your worries. What may seem like an impossible situation just may change for the better and there is no good reason to expect the worst and have your thoughts dwell on this. All that this does is make you self- destruct and this way of living is not right nor is it healthy.Â
Life is not meant for worrying and being stressed out. We are to be productive and positive. Worry doesn’t help anything, and you’d be surprised at how much better you’ll feel after just putting your attention to God and what he has planned for your life. You just need to trust him that he is working on your situation for the good.
2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. 4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.  James 1:2-8

This passage really hits close to home as I find my son fighting for his life right now. I trust that God is there for him, and I am asking in faith for a healthy recovery. Amen!
